Password Reset

SSRPM is a tool that will enable you to reset your password without the need to call the Service Desk.

The tool will enable you to:

  • Unlock/Reset your Log in details for your Morgan Sindall AD (Active Directory) Account.

Please Note.

Non Permanent Employees will not be able to use the tool to unlock accounts that have expired.

If your account has expired you will need to request for your Line Manager to extend your account, via the IT Portal under 1.1 Account Extension.
