My Emails
Follow the instructions below to access your Morgan Sindall Email.
Open up a web browser (IE or Chrome) type in https://extmail.morgansindall.com/owa and you will be presented with the below screen.
In the User Name field type is your domain name followed by a back slash (“\”) and your login id which should be FirstName.LastName and then the password you have been provided with.
Once you have logged in to OWA, click options on the menu in the top right hand corner and choose “Change Your Password”. It is recommended that you do this for security reasons and to set yourself with a password that you are likely to remember.
Again, for security reasons the format of your password should contain a combination of uppercase, lowercase and a number with a minimum of 8 characters. For example Porkpie99 or P0rkp1e99, substituting a one or a zero for “I” or the letter “O”
Enter your old password as provided by your line manager or HR and enter a new password using the format guide in section 2, then click save. That’s it, you can now got back to your emails.
Once in your Outlook web access, select ‘Options’, copy and paste the below template into the text box, then overwrite with your details and remove any ‘XXXX’ that are not required.

Once finished, press ‘save’ (this may be at the bottom or the top of the page depending if you’re using the ‘lite’ or ‘full’ version of Outlook web mail).
